FAQ & SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for taking time to READ before placing your ORDER! 

 

Delivery Charge – AED16 (on deliverable areas within UAE only).Free IF you order AED200 and above on deliverable areas. 
Please be advised that once your order was sent through courier, they will contact you to agree for a delivery date and time. Once you agreed and scheduled the delivery, YOU will be RESPONSIBLE for accepting delivery at the agreed date, time and address. If our delivery team is unable to deliver the goods, an ADDITIONAL REDELIVERY CHARGE will be applied of an amount equivalent to a normal delivery fee which must be paid upon receiving the goods.
 
Also, last minute changes of delivery date and information when its already out for delivery will generate redelivery charges as well. 
It is a MUST & IMPORTANT to provide COMPLETE & CORRECT ADDRESS and CONTACT information. Tutu & Co. Middle East is NOT responsible for delays/undelivered packages due to wrong information.

 

SCOPE OF DELIVERY: We ship ALL over United Arab Emirates as of the moment. We constantly strive to improve our services and we might expand/offer additional shipping/delivery methods in the future.

 

TURN AROUND TIME: 3 business days. (Except Friday & Holidays). Please note that turnaround time for delivery is NOT guaranteed and it’s subject to several factors such as holidays etc.

 

For COD (Cash On Delivery)
Please be advised that as per the Standard Operating Procedure, you can only take and open your parcel AFTER you’ve handed the payment to our carrier.

 

 EXCHANGE – AED 32 (Recollection & Redelivery)

We offer easy exchange policy within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the item SHOULD be on its original state (unworn/unused, unwashed,undamaged and with ALL original tags attached). If ALL of the above criteria WAS NOT met, the item will be returned to customer. *Recollection and redelivery charges APPLIES.

Undergarments
Please note that due to health & hygienic regulations, all undergarments are FINAL Sale and cannot be returned, exchange not refund.

 

DAMAGE GOODS
Once received, kindly inspect the goods properly. Damages should be reported to us within 24 hours after the goods was received. 

 

**NOTE: 
Use SCISSORS to remove tag. Pulling tags resulting to damage/s will NOT be subject for replacement/exchange. Wear and tear is NOT VALID reason for replacement.
